Calasparra is a small town in the north west region of the province of Murcia. The bungalow is located in the countryside less than 1km from the town centre, in a verdant valley alongside part of the Sierra Molino mountain range. The property is contained within 5000 square metres of land which forms a rectangular shape. The perimeter of the land is fully fenced and the front gate has an electrically operated motor for ease of entry and exit.When one enters through the electric gates, you will positioned on the gravel driveway which extends to, and around the property. The bungalow was still in the early stages of construction and so the current owners had their own minds as to what they would like to find in their 'dream home'. This means that many of the qualities of materials have been upgraded to that which was originally intended. Also many extras were added and paid for, to the specifications of the new owners. This is a property in the country that has a high level of quality and many features as standard which you will not find in many other similar properties.
 
  On your left, you will find a sculptured 'French' garden with water feature. On the right, approximately 2000 sq.m of soil is maintained and ready to plant any fruit or vegetable. Within the terrain, amongst the plants and trees, you will find 30 fully productive olive trees. Past the French garden, one will find the platform of pummice stone paving. The platform surrounds the 10m x 4m swimming pool and extends to the front of the property and along the west side.   The pool pump and filter are housed in their own room. The room contains also a special electrical system and diesel generator so that if the mains electricity supply is cut, this system will start up to ensure that the property will continue to receive its own electric supply until the mains is restored. All this is completely automatic. One needs only to ensure the generator has sufficient fuel. This was installed especially to order.
 
  The room is of sufficient size to use for storage and houses also a tumble dryer (yes, it is needed sometimes!) and a fridge. On the other side of the same building is a small bathroom, with sink and w.c. for when you are spending your time outside, around the pool or barbecue and need to answer the call of nature. Along the west side, is the barbecue and seating area with mandatory sun shade, popular throughout the year.
 
 

Another useful feature is the automatic backup water supply whereby if the mains water supply is cut or interrupted, the backup system automatically kicks in and continues to supply water from a 1000 litre water tank located next to the barbecue building. The front of the property points towards the south east and 3/4 of the property benefits from the sun all day. The property can be accessed via steps to the verranda which measures 21 sq.m.

 
  When you enter the very solid antique door, you will find yourself in a small vestibule of 2,7 sq.m where you can hang up your jacket. A door opposite leads off to the kitchen area, and to your right, you will find the extensive salón of 28 sq.m. Originally the builder had planned to build a 3rd bedroom but this was changed instead to 10,7 sq.m dining area. It would not be a problem to reverse this arrangement and have a small 3rd bedroom again.
 
  The salon benefits from two large ceiling fans for the summer, and two fitted electric radiators for the short winter. There is also a large wood burning fire as an alternative. The dining area too has two large fitted electric radiators. The 'master' bedroom measures 11,8 sq.m. For winter nights, there is an electric radiator and ceiling fan for the summer. En suite one will find the fully equipped bathroom of 4,7 sq.m with electric radiator and walk-in shower.
 
  The 'main' bathroom of 1,68 sq.m has fitted electric radiator and enclosed bath/shower. The 2nd bedroom of 14,3 sq.m has fitted electric radiator and ample wardrobe space. The kitchen is of 'L' shape and occupies 22,9 sq.m. It is fully fitted with all electrical appliances from washing machine to seperate walk-in fridge and freezer. There is ample work surfaces and storage space throughout the area. The is even space for a small table and four chairs.
 
The setting and views are picturesque from all angles and at any time of the year. The property is so much more than just an ordinairy house in the 'campo'. It has the little 'extras' which really make the house more a home. The property would be ideal for an active couple looking to retire to the tranquility of the countryside or couple with small children. The asking price makes it attractive ideally as a home to live in, but can be as a second home.
 

The property is 100% legal in all respects. It has all the appropriate licences, permissions and contracts for the supply of water and electricity and history of invoices paid.
